Advertising disclosure
Sac HVAC Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains exactly what that means.
Not a heating and air contractor
Sac HVAC Pros does not diagnose, repair, install or replace heating and cooling equipment. It holds no licence from the Contractors State License Board and does not claim one. Every job discussed on this site is carried out by an independent local heating and air company.
What happens when you call
The phone number on this site is a tracking number operated by us. Calls are forwarded to an independent heating and air company serving Sacramento and the surrounding area. Calls may be recorded. You will hear an announcement before the call connects, and you can hang up at that point or use the form instead.
California requires the consent of all parties before a phone call is recorded. The announcement is there so that consent is given knowingly before any recording starts.
How the site is paid
The heating and air company that receives enquiries pays us, either a fixed fee for the enquiries from this site or an amount per enquiry. You are never charged. The price of the work is agreed between you and the company. We do not mark it up or take a share of it.
Your details
Your name, phone number and description of the problem go to the company so it can contact you. We keep a record of enquiries to see whether the site works. We do not sell your details, and we do not send them to several companies to bid against each other.
Reviews and photographs
The site has no reviews of its own and publishes none. Any photographs are licensed stock images credited to their photographers, and none of them shows work done by Sac HVAC Pros or is presented as such.
Accuracy
The guides are general information about heating and cooling in Sacramento, not advice about your property. Rebates, rates, permit rules and refrigerant regulations change; confirm anything that matters with SMUD, the building department for your address, or the company quoting the work.
